Public speaking for business leaders
A stronger voice
for the work you do.
Public speaking for business leaders is about making ideas clear, earning trust and helping people decide. It reaches far beyond a presentation.
Why business owners practise public speaking
A business idea can be sound and still be difficult to explain. A proposal needs a clear argument. A team needs direction. A client needs to understand why your approach matters. Speaking practice gives you space to work on those conversations before the stakes are high.
Practise persuasion in a business context
At KL Business Leaders Toastmasters Club, the focus is persuasion for partners, employees and clients. You can bring business situations into your speeches, try a different structure and listen to how your message lands with other leaders.
Learn to think on your feet
Not every important conversation arrives with a script. Table Topics, the club’s impromptu speaking activity, gives members practice in organising an answer to an unexpected question. The aim is to respond with more clarity and composure.
Use feedback to improve your next attempt
Structured evaluations make feedback part of the process. A fellow member listens to a speech and offers specific observations. You can decide what to apply, practise again and build on what you learn over time.
