Privacy and
guest data.
How we handle a visit to our website and an enquiry about the club.
Updated 2 November 2026.
Website measurement
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate visits, page views, referrers and website performance. The site does not add advertising cookies or send guest names, contact numbers or form answers to that measurement service. Cloudflare processes the requests needed to provide its service.
Guest registration
Our registration form is hosted by Google Forms. The club uses the details you submit to arrange your visit and contact you about it. The optional discovery question helps us understand how guests find KLBL. Payment and receipt instructions are shown in the form.
Links to other services
Registration, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook and YouTube links open services governed by their own privacy practices. A WhatsApp enquiry opens a draft message for you to review and send.
